Did everyone get soap made in Thailand. The smell is not the same.

I actually e-mailed the company and received the following response:

Thank you for your reply.

Please be informed that our Imperial Leather soap bars are manufactured in Thailand. You can find them in all of our authorised retailers, such as all major supermarkets and pharmacies like Boots and Superdrug.

In addition, we would like to inform you that our Imperial Leather Active for Men soap bars have been discontinued and all stocks of the particular products have been depleted.

How would you describe the scent of this bar? + is there any American soap it smells like?

Very slightly floral, very slightly woodlike, definitely unisex and probably low-allergen (my wife is allergic to all kinds of scents and she uses it).  The floral scent probably is that of geranium, as geraniol is a listed component.  This is unlike heavily-scented American soaps and also unlike everyday European soaps and detergents which are enormously scented.

What size are the bars?

Many years ago, mid 60s, the bars were available in the UK in 2 sizes, bath and hand soap. Now only available in one size, smaller than traditional bath size. But the soap is hard, it doesn't foam up much and there is very little if any waste.

Is this product made in England’s or not?

I bought it for years when we lived in England and it appears this is the same product.  Although the fragrance wasn't as nice so I much suspect it was old, also the bar/cake was a lot smaller than when I last bought it in England less than a year ago.
