LOVE! Detailed Preperation Instructions, Photos for Each Recipe & Descriptions of Ingredients
Did research on a bunch of Indo Cookbooks. I really enjoy this one. The beginning has a good chunk of pages that are devoted to describing the ingredients that are called for in the recipes, and techniques to prepare things that are in the recipes Indo-style. And the recipes are great. Really REALLY happy with this purchase. And every recipe has a picture. LOVE that part :)

it's not what we expected! all the food recipes originate from Bali, not Jakarta street. SO that means all the popular food are not in there.
