I've seen these on other sites for way more money so this is at least a good deal. I don't know if those other products are better but this seems to do the job fine and I think it will last at least a while. Worth the savings over the more expensive options by far at this point.

Works well, easy to install , does not budge
Intalled this in a high traffic area where there is a two inch lip. Looks good, does not budge once installed (make sure you clean underlying surface). Was a bit pricey but I could not find it cheaper.

Good quality and good adhesion!
Put this on the floor near a steep stairs and it has seen plenty of foot traffic over the past few months and it is still going strong. Very thick, very sturdy, very well made and its glue backing sticks very well. No complaints here.
