This product is completely useless. It does not affect the lower back whatsoever. The hips never get addressed due to the highly defective design of this Apparatus. Once properly strapped in, the device immediately tries to pull your head off your shoulders before it even starts pulling on the ankles, the hip harness does not work at all. It has a major product quality problem. This product is inconsistent with a product description.

I have a bad back, so I thought that this would be perfect. It shows the blue belt it’s been worn with the straps that go around the bottom where your feet are in the thick strap that goes around your midsection. What you get is two belts that go one on top of another that have about 30 straps. You have to strap each one to each other, and then have someone strap you to the table. It is impossible for one person to use this alone! If it came with the blue belt like it showed in the picture, it could be done by one person! Such a waste of money, I returned it today .

The bed sits very low to the ground. That was unexpected. They send a terrible one page direction and the instruction video is not in English. The material pieces smell very bad. Hopefully washing them helps.

Putting this thing together was a nightmare because it came with no instructions. I mean they sent me a piece of paper with a picture of the device, and they labeled every part on the device. But there are no instructions on how to bring these parts together. So if you aren't gifted, or have somebody that's gifted(in assembly) you might have a hard road, or an impossible road. Which is why I uploaded plenty of photos of this thing(front & back) so you can really get a good ideal of what this equipment looks like when correctly assembled. But anyway once assembled & used you still may not feel the results you were looking for. But if you are good at manipulating this machine(as if both ends are like pull up bars) you can get the best stretch you ever got in your life. Which will give you some level of relief from Sciatica, or a bulging disc, or a herniated disc. And that to me was a dream.

Bought this item and turns out to be a used item, very disappointed.
