Information Is Beautiful (New Edition)

Amazing and very informational book. Filled with high quality diagrams and images and beautiful drawings. Would recommend for adults and older children though as there is some adult content.Great book for someone who is curious and fascinated with the living world around them.

Got this in my Reading Room. Great, great book. This book offers a simplicity to a complex world. Each page is worthy of some rumination and offers almost a daily meditation on my own perspectives and prejudice. I have used some displays as warm-ups in my Stats class to offer a place for discussion or as an example of a different way to display information. Unfortunately the medium of the print makes some displays too small to read or incomplete where the binding joins the pages. However, overall worth the purchase.

Best romp through big data. It’s a lovely and fun book just cramp backed with fascinaitng things to learn about the world and people.

Pretty imagery that works fairly well as visual design, however they don't work that well as data/information visualizations.
