So fun and educational
My 8 year old girl really enjoyed it.She was amazed by all the bones and rats skulls we got.It came well packaged, with tools and a bone chart so you can identify which bone you got.She was a little gross at the beginning, cause it does have a smell bit once she found the fist bone she was all hand inGreat price and great product!

Really fun!
This was a really fun project for my child.Packaging was great and included tools was a nice touch. The kit came with a pamphlet to help identify the bones and what animal they came from, that was super helpful!

So fun! Many bones!
These were so fun! All three of my boys ages 3,6 and 8 were very involved in this and the activity level was that they were mostly able to self sufficiently do this activity. We got the medium size pellets, all 3 of them had sufficient bones in them with at least 2 full sized skulls (rat and mice). Very educational! High quality and the tools included made it very functional!

Kids loved these
I got a 3 pack to put in my kids stockings at Christmas. It has everything you need in the package. The pellet isn’t huge, but had enough bones in it that my kids were very engaged. I liked that there were 3 possible animals that could be inside, so it made it even better that they had to figure out which animal their bones matched. A+ for educational value. Tools and packaging were durable and overall great quality for the price.

Don't get this if you are squeamish....
The pellet came well packaged, though it could have had better tools. We got this to go along with an owl study we were doing for our homeschool. My kids thought the bones were super cool. I struggled with it since the pellet is owl regurgitation and I'm currently pregnant. I had no problems with dissections when I was in school, but something about the pellet just got to me. The pellet was mostly fur which was kind of gross, though the bones were recognizable on our bone chart. Overall it was great for what it was. Oh and full skulls are kind of fragile so be careful when trying to excavate them. I accidentally broke a small one.

Great gift idea!
my 10 year old and I had SO MUCH FUN dissecting the owl pellet. there's more to it than I thought but we were able to CAREFULLY and GENTLY get almost all the bones of what we believe to be a small rat or a mouse. will be ordering more, lots of fun and super neat!
