I have to say I was surprised at how much this molecular hydrogen is helping me! I know I can't say medical things here, but my vitality and energy is better and I'm sleeping better. It's just really good for me, and the raspberry flavor makes it much more tolerable. I take it in the right amount of water per instructions first thing in the morning, and it starts my day right. Recommended.

Upside No side effects or bad feelings experienced with use. Didn’t taste bad. If you find it helps you live your best exercise life… why not give it a try. Flipside I tried it… no major results like the reviews claimed. No health superpowers with use like the other reviews mentioned. Again though… health results and benefits vary for people so these reviews do not cover a lot of factors that make give you a different outcome. This product contains Sucralose which gave me headaches and stomach upset! Stick with H2 Tabs without the Sucralose.

These dissolve fast and give a noticeable mental clarity and light energy boost. Tastes better than expected for something functional. Pros: Quick dissolve, noticeable effects Cons: Slightly expensive for daily use Tip: Use on an empty stomach for best results.

Product was delivered promptly and I have been using it now for about six days. The results were not immediately apparent but even after less than a week, I feel less pain on walking, more energy, and much less like the old Arthur Godfrey quote: "My git up and go has got up and went" which had become the norm for me for months. The flavor is very mild but the part per million level is 8-12 which is well within the effective range according to my research. I will continue to use it. It is easy to use - drop a tablet into some water and as soon as the tablet disappears, drink the water. I did consider the battery operated hydrogen bottles but they do not generate enough ppm and they are a little expensive. So far I am pleased with this product.
