important: Metric ONLY
This is a very cheap tape measure, so its not bad value, but it should state is it only cm and metres. The metal tape itself is on the weaker cheaper side (not surprising given the price) and keeps form up to about 1.5m. If you need a firm tape or you need imperial then buy a more expensive tape measure.
