I read reviews on other ones & when I read the hose is too stiff I would immediately skip that product because the hose is a very important part of it & a stiff one just adds frustration that nobody wants. I've purchased about 10 different kinds of these in the past, for rental houses & this one BY FAR is my favorite & I will stick with it. The only thing I wish it had was an off switch. So when you're in the bath you can turn it off while you wash your hair & then pick it back up & switch it on to rinse. Turning the water on the tub itself off has worked ok for me though.
