I have tried every nasal spray and this works phenomenally. There is a harsh sensation when first inhaled but it clears my sinuses and reliefs my headaches from a horrible sinus issue i've been dealing with for a year.

This works well for sinus congestion. This is the best replacement I have found for "Sinus Buster" that is no longer in business. Since I am not using this for tension or migraine headaches, I don't need the feverfew and peppermint oil. The capsicum is more important to me. I have not seen an option with the exact formula that I used for 15 years with Sinus Buster.

Sinus plumber opens your sinuses might be a bit intense for some people this product truly works and allows free breathing through your nose. I tried it with a minor headache probably would recommend Tylenol
