What every athlete needs
Every athlete needs these. I consume these every time I workout hard... One packet will keep the muscle camps away... Keep the body with necessary electrolytes, minerals and vitamins so I can push hard. I even take these during a cold or flu... I buy a box every couple weeks. Always hand a few out when I see others struggling... I know when I take this... I don't need to be cautious as I'm the past during a hard or long workout... Due to cramps. For instant absorption... Pop a packet directly into your mouth. Yes! Very tart... Just shoot a couple swallows of water and you're good. If you put into water... Make sure you consume the whole amount of water. Sometimes, I preload... Smaller bottled water (6oz) with a single packet... Just to reduce packet trash and mess... During a mini or competition. I find that the less tart flavor is the, banana coconut.

Great tasting source of Vitamin C. Easy to take. Dissolves easily and low carbs. Any everyday thing for me and 2x day in the winter. Highly recommend! Pineapple is my fav flav!

Can't survive the Florida heat without this
This product is amazing when you have to be outdoors during Florida's relentless heat. I drink some before I go out, during breaks, and after I get back inside. It even works well when you have to adjust to high altitudes----like going from near sea level to a vacation out west in the mountains. I drink 1 packet a day for the first few days, and no more altitude headaches. In Jackson, Wyoming I gave a packet to my "out of shape" brother, who wasn't sure it did anything for him until he jogged about 75' down a sidewalk with my "in shape" brother". My "in shape" brother got winded and my "out of shape" brother didn't. That convinced him it worked.
