Is this safe to remove eye makeup?

I don’t think it’s unsafe but I still always use specific eyemake uo remover! It’s such a great line of face care. I highly recommend the vitamin C serum too!

I got a sample of this and it doesn’t really “foam” more like a few small bubbles here and there. Also a bit watery. Is this how the product is?

It doesn’t foam. It’s a very gentle cleanser that is thin. I wouldn’t explain it as watery but I know what you mean. Personally I really like it.
