Great
Powerful reflections in accordance with ACIM principles. To me, those new to the Course may enjoy reading the daily reflections with a partner who has some familiarity with it.

This book can help you accelerate your learning and appreciation of ACIM
I have practiced TM and studied the perennial philosophy for over 40 years. So, one might say that I had a running start, so I would like to believe, to my study of ACIM. It was at the age of 62, now over 4 years ago, I began studying ACIM and practicing it's forgiveness techniques using the ACIM work book as my inspiration and guide. I have also found several books and DVDs of the late Ken Wapnick as well as even more recently Robert Perry's Workbook Part 1and others to be helpful. I do plan to read Perry's Workbook Part 2 next. Having said all of that as an introduction to my evaluation of Karen Casey's book let me now say that her book, in my opinion, is a very useful and practical approach to what can be a very challenging task of learning and applying ACIM. In Karen's book ACIM is brought to a very useful level for, again in my opinion, for anyone who wants to know how to practice or to improve their practice of what ACIM teaches. While no ACIM adjunctive book can be labeled required reading for any ACIM student because we all start the course at different ego based places in our imagined minds, we all, however, end up in the same timeless ineffable place or Mind at the course's completion. So, purchase this book with confidence and read only one brief commentary each day and begin to experience, observe, grow and enjoy your journey to the Holy Instant that ACIM provides for every sincere practitioner of this wonderful course.

Open the door to your spirit
As the author of a spiritually-themed novel, [...], I am always on the outlook for books that feed my spirit. This is a wonderful book that will feed your spirit, 365 days of the year.I have owned this book for five years and it is an integral part of my daily meditation practice. It was so illuminating to me that I have been controlled by the fear of my ego for most of my life. All that I needed to do was to turn to the Holy Spirit for guidance. Anything that did not speak of love was from my ego, from which I am learning to turn away. This is a book that will guide you along the process. It also contains affirmations which I believe are essential for people to practice in order to let go of wrong programming. Aside from dysfunctional backgrounds, so much of these wrong messages have been passed down to us through the belief that God is to be feared. That is a lie. God is only about love. This book will open your eyes to new possibilities of how to lead a life based upon spirit. It will help you within your relationships with others, as well as help you to build a better relationship with yourself and with God.It is a wonderful companion piece to "The Course in Miracles." The beautiful thing about this meditation book is that, unlike The Course, it is highly readable.Davis Aujourd'hui, author of "The Misadventures of Sister Mary Olga Fortitude"

My every day go to
I ordered this because one of my recovery leaders introduced it to me as I began my journey through recovery. It is my go to, makes me feel better, gives me hole when I’m feeling discouraged, absolute favorite book/devotion. Would highly recommend, even if you’re not in recovery!

Good for the Soul
My husband and I have been reading the "Daily Meditations for Practicing the Course in Miracles" together daily for over ten years. We have found that no matter how many times you may read a passage it always pertains to something going on in our lives. We have been enriched as a couple and as individuals by this book and it's teachings. We have been able to practice some of the complex ideas in this meditation. It has given us an advantage is situations which use to baffle us. We ask ourselves and each other who is running the show, "Your Ego, or The Holy Spirit!" As suggested in the meditations, if it is the ego that is why we feel "bad." If it's the Holy Spirit that is why we feel "good!" We are grateful to Ms. Casey for encapsulating this important work into daily meditations.Peace Always,

Love this book!
This book is a great compliment to the book titled "A Course in Miracles Made Easy." I read it every day for a better perspective on living a calmer, less tense life. One of my favorite daily meditation books. My othe favorite is a little book I received for a gift from a dear friend simply titled "Hugs: Daily Meditations for Women."

Discipline . . . what discipline?
This is part of my daily practice. I consider myself too lazy to continue the actual CIM after studying it for a couple of years, so this is great for me. It's way watered down, but sometimes regular coffee will do just fine when an espresso is too much of a good thing . . .I recommend this book!
