Excellent tab book...
Excellent tab book. Has all the parts necessary to recreate top class renditions of these amazing songs. All song parts laid out clearly...as usual with tab books, you may find certain parts easier to play, slightly differently than transcribed, although this comes down to personal preference, and most of the tablature here is 'spot on' straight from the book.In some parts, where guitars 1 & 2 are playing together and are transcribed on the same tab lines, guitar part 2 will be shown in a smaller number, which is a cool feature that older tab books didn't seem to have.Overall, I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed with this book, if you love this excellent album.

Solo missing is a pain in the ba-hookie
I totally agree with what the guy above says, the solo are quite badly chopped up but I bought it (the tab book) looking for the harmonies and rhythem and for the most part I'd improvise the solo's. For me I got what I was looking for but if looking for solo's check out some tab sites.

Its a real let down, a crying shame.....
I have loved Iron Maiden's music for almost 20 years. I followed them through Europe on tour in 1986 and spent probably thousands of GBP (british pounds) on tickets, CDs, posters, tab books....etc. the list goes on and on.So as an AVID and loyal fan of one of the worlds best and most pioneering metal bands I bought "Brave New World" on cd and loved it, the track listing houses 10 electric tracks that prove Maiden have tonns of life left in them. But as a budding guitarist I decided to purchase the Brave New World tab book. Ok for starters its not cheap, but thats ok...that i can accept, it takes a lot of time and effort to tab out tracks, i should know.....So i started at the begging learning the first track "the wicker man" nice driving track, really locked in groove I was getting quite excited about learning it. Things were going well till I discovered that almost all of the songs had bits of solos missing or in some cases the entire solo itself. Now i have been playing the guitar for almost 11 years now, and i can work out the rytham without much of a problem, the reason i buy these tab books is for the faster and more intricate parts and.......you guessed it, THE SOLOS. I feel betrayed, ripped off. I gave a lot of cash for that book and its no good to me. I sold it on to a mate for £5 after paying nearlt £20 for it. In conclusion, if you want this book for the rytham and body of the song, which is mainly power chords, then this book will get you hard. But if, like me, you actually expect the whole song in each example then you will be bitterly dissapointed. Its just not good enough. BNuy it at your own risk, but you have no excuse if you find its just not concise enough, because you have now been warned.MAIDEN YOU LET ME DOWNPS. UP THE IRONS(just not their tab books)

Not Note for Note
Missing solos and ones included are inaccurate

Aunque las partituras estan incompletas hay que reconocer que hay solos muy interesantes también por lo que sólo por ello vale la pena tenerlas. Poder alcanzar o similar este nivel no es cuestión de varios días ni de cuatro duros. Merece la pena.
