Synergy Swim Cap - Neoprene Smoothskin Swim Hood

Nobody looks good on with these things but it's does the job like a charm. Recommended

I bought this cap to keep my audio water equipment in my ears. I had to stop swimming several times to readjust it. Not sure as yet if it is going to work for me. I am hopeful. What surprised that the strap is totally connected to the cap. At first thought I could not get it in but I managed.

I was looking for a way to keep my head, but especially my forehead warm when swimming in 50F water. At first, i have I tried diving hoods, but they are cut for a diving mask. It was constant struggle to keep the hoods down on my forehead. And finally I got this cap. Ah, relief! Awesome warm cap!And I think i 've learned difference between diving and swimming neoprene gear.

This is a really tight fit. I wish they offered a slightly larger size because the chin strap can feel like it's choking you sometimes. When everything is fitting right, this thing protects my ears from getting sun burned. Between this Cap and my goggles + a UV shirt, I don't have to use as much sunscreen across my body.I think if I were in a healthy BMI range (like the guy shown in the picture), that this Swim Cap would fit me better. If in doubt about your size, get the larger one.This is worth buying just to see if it fits your head. If it doesn't, just return it!

Granddaughter put it on looked great after a few laps she noticed water collecting in her head. So she tightened it . But that didn’t work cause it was hurting her when she turned her head. So by the end of practice she was not happy with wet chlorine soaked hair.

I liked it kept my head warm

Good quality, but If you have long hair order a med/lg. I had to return small because it was too tight and strap was choking me. Would be better if chin strap had Velcro closing

Softer inner section makes it nice to wear compared to straight neoprene. Under-chin strap keeps it snug over the ears.
