Extremely good tea
This sleepy tea contains all the best ingredients proven to help aid sleep. I usually buy various brands from the supermarket or health food store but found myself running short with a grocery order not due for days and ordered this for convenience. They seem quite expensive, but the bags are good quality, so good you can use them twice which I do. I brew the first time and put the bag in a little pot in the fridge and use again the following night. After about 30 mins I can feel my eyes closing and have to go to bed and I usually get straight off to sleep. Recommended to try for anyone who has trouble getting to sleep.

Lovely!
This tea is delightful! So tasty, and the aromas are definitely relaxing. I'm not sure if it's had an effect on my sleep, but I know that I thoroughly enjoy my nightly cup. The camomile taste is lovely and clear, and the lavender is subtle, but adds to the flavour.Literally every part of the packaging including the 'plastic' inner bag are either recyclable or compostable, which is important, as there's nothing wasted with this product. After my first cup, I bought two more boxes, so I would snap it up before I do!

Not keen - no real taste and has made no difference to my sleeping

Does what it says on the box
This blend is amazing. Drink one of these I the evening and can certainly feel the difference in my night's sleep. Usually awake a number of times throughout the night, but this really helps to give me a restful night. Deserves 10 stars for quality!
