Student Solutions Manual for Skoog/West/Holler/Crouch's Fundamentals of Analytical Chemistry, 9th 9th Edition

It is a textbook that can be used by students and experienced chemists. The text is clear and I found good exercises. The book has important highlights that help the reader in understanding more complicated subjects. The kinetics and separations chapters (part VI) were very useful for me.

The textbook has some pretty hard question so this book helps a lot.Although I still wish that they would have answers for the even numbered questions as well.

STILL only provides the answers to select problems in the book. This is not helpful as there aren't two of each question, one bing odd and the other even. Therefore, there are hundreds of questions that I have no idea how to answer. Many of the solutions are also awfully vague, but many are also helpful. There are many inaccuracies such as answers to the wrong problems, problems that don't seem to exist in the actual textbook itself.. It is as if the Soln Manual is for the 8th or 7th edition rather than the 9th. I am currently working on chapter 17, and it is missing half of the answers. Unfortunately, a pop quiz announced an hour ago for tomorrow's morning lecture will feature a problem that is missing......

This solutions manual is for the ninth edition book but the question numbers do not match the ninth edition book. So, many of the "starred" problems are not in this solution manual. In addition, the questions are not stated in the solution manual which makes figuring out which problems were solved even more of a challenge. Overall, pretty average book and a bit irritating to figure out which problems were solved and which were not.

The answers to the "starred" questions are on the back of the hardcover analytical book not on the solutions manual.

Great Book

First- I have little to no problem with the physical book , it was in the stated condition and arrived in a reasonable time. I'm writing this to simply say, don't waste the $75 +shipping. This solutions manual only contains selected answers from the text book, with little to no explanation for how the answers were obtained.

It only shows the solutions to problems with stars by them. It shows you the full solutions only to the ones that have the answers in the back of the book. So it's helpful, but it's not great
