STRANGE TOE PROBLEM ... socks seem to work BUT ....
WARNING: take off at night. Don't use all the time. I had a weird problem with them (CON below).PRO: I used these for a few months (left foot only) because they seemed to work, at least a little, for helping my left ankle stop hurting and, it seems, "stabilize" or not be affected as much by what a podiatrist claimed was calcification in the ankle at the Achilles tendon contact - nothing else showed up when X-rayed and otherwise checked. I pretty much wore them ALL the time.CON?: after several months, I noticed my big toe was pretty tender like my toenail was growing into my toe (on the inside, the side central to my body). It was getting to be a problem potentially impairing my walking at all!! After a few weeks I deduced MAYBE the problem was the compression sock! I took the sock off and now, after a month or so, the toe is mostly back to normal (at least 80% "cured"). Strange.Since my left ankle feels OK I no longer use the sock anyway. It seems to have done the job. IF the compression was creating the toe problem (after a few months), despite not being designed to compress the toes but pulling on them anyway due to the general compression (it was by design a pretty tight sock!), I think I was unwise to leave the sock on at night.By the way, I only wore the Left sock and had zero toe problems with my Right toes. That's a clue, for sure.SUGGESTION: use the sock(s) as little as possible and discontinue if toe tenderness develops. Certainly don't use at night when not using the foot much.

Really like them.
These are just what I was looking for. my feet and ankle swell so I didn't need one that came to knee. I bought a pair that just came to the ankle and that didn't work either. These cover the ankle so they where just what I needed.

A Must Have ….
We are in our 70s. I bought these because I have pain below my right ankle that doesn’t go away. I have been to a podiatrist…but this problem took second place to hip replacement and I was told fixing that ankle could be a tedious procedure to be done later. I found these socks and the support and relief are amazing. My husband has lymphedema . He had a bad fall which bruised one hand and broke the other. He did not put compression socks on for a couple of days and his lymphedema got WAY out of control. We put compression socks back on for few couple of days and saw little improvement. I bought these socks, used in conjunction with compression leg socks/wraps. Eventually (about two weeks) his bad leg improved to the best it has been in years. They also helped mild swelling that I generally have in my legs. I can even go without them now for a day or two with no problem…. we have discovered that leg swelling must begin in the foot and the added compression at the foot helps greatly. We do not sleep with them on at night. Anyway, these have been terrific therapy and we WON’t do without them. These are amazing.

Works like it says.
I bought these socks to see if they help with plantar fasciitis. They do. I am on my feet about 50 hours a week and my feet and legs don't hurt nearly as much as they used to. A little pricey but worth it.

A good product
I didn't like the compression stockings because they didn't fit my swollen ankles. I'm sure they would work very well for a more active, athletic person.

Nice
A little hard to get on but supports my foot nicely

I love these socks!
Am wearing them right now!I am on my feet all day and the first thing I do when I get home is change into my jammies and put on these socks. I get relief almost immediately for my tired and sore feet. I have two pairs and will buy them again when mine wear out.

Not as supportive as a brace but a lot more comfortable - UPDATE
I have a lot of problems with my ankle tendons - all of them. Braces get uncomfortable and don't fit in shoes well, arch sleeves end up leaving blisters on the front on my ankle, KT tape helps a lot but over the course of a work week I'm still in a lot of pain by day four and then there's the matter of the adhesive itself. Even adhesive that my skin is okay with will still get irritating after a period of time.I got a pair of these (small, black/blue) to wear on the fifth day, when pain is at its height and it's generally a busier day as well. Using these in conjunction with MyTape KT tape (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MRYKN05/ref=twister_B072XC5QVC?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) helped more than I expected. For obviously reasons socks are not going to have the same support as a brace with hard inserts or one made for athletes, but even those only help so much and I find them very uncomfortable to boot.I found the combination quite helpful, the socks are very comfortable with nice seams that don't bother me (I'm sensitive about those things). I'm on the smaller end of adult shoe sizes, so no pair of socks fits perfectly, I always end up with the heel somewhere on the back of my ankle, and my only other option is to have material bunched under my foot to have the heel in the correct place. That is also mostly true of these, but I can get it closer to correct because it's tightly woven and I don't have the bunching problem.I have found that I need to keep my toenails both short and smooth, because any snags catch easily when putting them on. It also helps to put them on the same way you put on pantyhose or stockings. On washing, I have been putting them in a lingerie bag to wash with the rest of my socks (best way to not lose socks) then hanging them up to dry. If they hold up well over time I will get a few more pairs, not just for work but also for around the house or sleeping. I find in my case they help much more with the ankle tendinitis than my plantar fasciitis even with taping for that.UPDATE 7/13/21 - Changing from 4 star to 5 star; have proven quite durable.I have bought enough pairs to have a pair for each workday, and as a cashier I spent a lot of the pandemic year busier on my feet than ever. Every pair I own is at least a year old, with the oldest pair being a little over two years old. I hand wash them, as recommended, then hang or lay flat to dry, then put them in a UV sanitizer. Yes, I have had some of the elastic threads snapping, especially in the oldest two pairs, but there are so many that they have not lost their support ability. I can tell the slightest difference in pressure from the oldest to youngest pairs, but I think most people would not (I'm really sensitive to these things). The only problem I have with them is being hair magnets, and it takes some work to get all that out when I wear them on carpet (my kid and cat shed at alarming rates). I do wish they were a bit more "seamless" as that bothers me at times as well, but on the whole I really can't complain. They're still doing their job so that I can continue to do mine.Update 2/1/22: The toe seam on my first pair gave out last week. So I got a year and half of wearing and washing once a week out of them. Not bad in terms of lifespan. I see there's a cushioned version now, so I'm going to try a pair of those as a replacement. My most recent pair, the grey/black ones - I don't know if changes were made or if it's specific to this color blend, but they're not the lint/hair/fur magnets that my older pairs are.

Tight but works
Like others found a little too tight. Seems to help with pain. Will see after vacation when a lot of walk will happen

Fit small
Decent quality sock but they are too small for my foot. I’m size 12 and I ordered the size large. My wife has plantar fasciitis so I got her to try them…they do nothing to help the pain. I would not recommend this product.

Exactly what I wanted
These socks arrived quickly and they are just what I was looking for. They give good support to my feet and keep my ankles from swelling. My feet do not get hot while wearing the socks.
