I ordered this necklace for myself. I found a “like new” used necklace on Amazon and took a chance. It was delivered with all of the gracious details included for a beautiful presentation , if giving as a gift. The necklace is like new and a great value. I will probably purchase another for a gift for my sister. I love this necklace and wear it proudly!

The charm is very cute. I love the gift card with the explanation. The chain was rather cheap but for the price I don't expect a really fancy chain. I bought it to put it on a charm bracelet so was hard to take off the chain. But my mom loved the pendant itself

This is a beautiful necklace that i purchased for my mother's birthday, and she loved it! The chain is very delicate and the pendant is very pretty and the perfect size. ***I increased to 6 stars because of the way that Efy jumped in when she found out what happened. She offered to send another and also one for myself. I had already given the gift to my Mom but I appreciate how she did everything she could to make it right, that’s someone who cares, I believe this truly was a error and will try them again.While the necklace is very pretty, it did not come as shown with the insert and saying of Mother. It says Mother in law and a totally different saying. So I had to take that out. Disappointing because that was a big part of why I ordered it......for my Mom.

I was very impressed with the packaging. First the product is beautiful, second it was packed in a way that ensured it arrive safe and untangled. Third it came with everything needed to give as a gift, including a gift bag, tissue paper, small card, and even had an anti tarnish paper bag inside as well as a cloth for cleaning. Beautiful presentation. My mother in law loved it.

I love this tree of life stainless necklace. It’s beautiful and delicate but can be worn everyday. The chain, clasp are prettier than I anticipated with a little jewel attached near the o ring to close chain.I bought this for myself. The packaging is the best I have ever seen for an online purchase. A jewelry cloth is included for later use when needed. Care Instructions are included also. Plus there is a gift bag, tissue paper and gift card! I am so impressed with EfyTal and highly recommend them. I know I’ll be buying gifts for people in the future. 💕
