I have tried a few other brands of hydrocolloid bandages, and these have worked the best out of all that I have tried. They stick well to my skin (you just have to make sure you make minimal contact with your finger and the bandage as you transfer it to your skin). I have seen immediate impact on the reduction of acne bumps on my face by using these patches - leaving it on for a day/overnight does seem to really help. They stayed on my skin overnight (instead of falling off on my pillow!) which is a great bonus (and something you would hope that ALL brands succeed at, but not all do!). Plus, they really do blend in with your skin well, to be ALMOST (though not entirely) invisible. Enough so, at least, that I had no problem wearing one out in public.

I like how many patches you get and that there are different sizes. Also, how I can actually wear them out of the house since they sort of disappear into your skin. Last, I like that there’s no drugs/chemicals that can dry out or irritate my skin, so I can use them as often as I like/need to.I’d like them to list a number of hours to wear for maximum effectiveness, instead of just saying “remove when patch turns white.”Very easy to use. Only suggestion would be to make indentions in the cellophane that the patches stick to so that it’s easier to remove them when bending the cellophane sheet.Photos of before-after are no make-up on the skin except eye shadow/mascara/lipstick. My skin was very smooth after removal and the redness was less noticeable. I’ll have to wait until I have a really bad blemish to assess the true effectiveness but for now, I would recommend these for minor imperfections/acne.

Acne runs in my family. I have family members in their 70s and 80s that still get acne. Yep, it's that bad. Guess I'll be buying acne patches for the rest of my life. Thank goodness these patches are sold in bulk online, because I use these up quickly.I get zits that keep refilling, and these acne patches get all the nasty gunk out of the zits. After several rounds of these acne patches (no pun intended), even my most stubborn zits eventually flatten. So if you have zits that refuse to quit, I highly recommend these patches.

I tend to have a fairly clear complexion but do get hormonal breakouts which follow my cycle. Thankfully I ordered these prior to the breakouts and they arrived just in time. I love that these are easy to remove and very easy to apply. They easily blend into skin and are minimally noticeable when wearing. Remove is as easy as application and leaves no residue on your face. I was pleasantly surprised that they worked very well and did not cause any issues with my sensitive skin. This product is a value as they come in a box of 100 and will last a fair amount of time. I recommend these profusely to anyone looking for an acne spot treatment!

I am going through pre-menopause, and one of the effects I experience is an occasional, but highly annoying, break-out. I had never heard of an acne patch, so I was excited to try them but admittedly skeptical. The day I received the patches I was able to try one out on what I could feel was an emerging pimple. I put a patch on around 5 p.m., and in the morning, when removing the patch, I couldn't feel the blemish. After the second night with a patch on the same spot, there was no trace of the blemish at all. I can vouch that the patch is effective before a full-blown pimple appears, but I have not tried it on one that is fully formed. I will continue to use these in the early stages of pimple formation in an attempt to keep them at bay. =)

My husband used this ONE time for about 8 hours on a giant zit. When he took the patch off he had a black scab for a few days. It really dried it out. We were excited and hopeful about the product. The scab came off a few days later and he now has a permanent indent! It’s been a month and zero improvement. So upset that he is scarred from this! Don’t buy!!!!

This is the fourth acne dot brand I have tried, and it is not my favorite. I tried it on my nose and my chin overnight. It does the job but there are days that I need to go out running errands when a pimple is surfacing. I would like to be as incognito as possible. Other brands I have tried do the same job with a thinner patch that becomes almost invisible when it is on your face. These are definitely NOT incognito. The patches are thick - which makes them easy to peel off and apply, but definitely a brand you want to use overnight or when you are not going to leave your house.

My daughter and I loves these patches. They do help dry out pimples, but don’t expect a miracle. The best part about them is they blend pretty well with skin so you could leave the house with these on if your not going to be in close contact without anyone knowing. Since my state is required to wear masks when we leave the house I started wearing them every wear and they help heal the pimples and also give a barrier against the face mask. I will purchase these again!
