I have only had the use of the product for a very short time. I have not been able to do any real evaluation of the product. I have used the product a couple of times,the product performed fine. For the price you can't beat it. I would purchase again based on the price. Even with shipping cost the price is still more than reasonable. You may get a better product ,but for the price it can't be beat. It serves it's purpose. You get two batteries for this price,that in itself is great,if one doesn't perform as you expect,you have another that you can use,pricewise it can't be beat. It took me awhile to get the product,time wait for product was to long.

Greetings, All, We ordered two of these Chinese-made "premium" EN-EL1 replacement batteries for our old Nikon Coolpix 4500, and after giving them a good try, have seen that, from the beginning, they simply do NOT hold a charge for us! We are taking photos in the 6MB to 11MB range, and these things just cannot keep up with what we need in such a battery. In fact, we've gone back to using our very old Nikon EN-EL1 batteries, which these two new ones were meant to replace!! Even as old as they are, they both hold a charge far longer than these very poor reproductions. As an example, today I took only TEN photographs before each Chinese EN-EL1 needed to be recharged, whilst the original Nikon, Japanese-made EN-EL1 batteries kept holding their charge for FAR longer, which lets us get more work done with less battery swapping. I cannot recommend these batteries for any reason, and would suggest you seek out original Nikon EN-EL1 batteries, which, though they will be more expensive, will actually work as they should and last a very long time. Do yourself a favor, and don't waste your hard-earned money on this very inferior product. Take care, and God Bless! Every Good Wish. Doc

Works well and I am happy to have these batteries that allow me to use my old, but still very good, camera. Otherwise it would be electronic waste.

This met my expectations and although not the longest lasting battery it is sufficient for the price. The battery is not as good as the original but for the money, ok.
