Minimal and a good fit for a small bag. The straps have stretch so it’s easy to hook up in a pinch if the rain starts coming down. Kept by backpack dry so lives up to expectation, and comes in a little storage bag.

Took this on a trip to Snowdon and the weather was atrocious and it kept my pack nice and dry so worked like a charm.The little pouch its attached to to stuff it away when its not in use is a great little feature as well.There are two straps attached to secure it in place.One goes around the width of the pack and the other around it from top to bottom.Whilst this could be great for really windy conditions and the extra peace of mind that it won't slip off, it does also mean that when you want to access your pack, the top strap gets in the way and you have to undo it.The other thing is, the clips meet around the back, so if you don't have a pack that sits away from your back, these clips may end up digging in which isn't ideal when you're out for the day/few days.If these clips were thinner/low profile it would have been a better design feature, but as they are, they're too big and bulky and in the wrong place.Also be aware, this is only designed to cover the main pack, wait pouches will still be exposed to the weather

The Unigear Anti-Rain Backpack Cover, 10-90L is small, compact and has its own little bag attached. It fits my Berghaus 20 litre rucksack just fine, what like the most is the fact that it secures top to bottom and side to side which means it stays in place even on a windy day.As for how waterproof it is, I can't comment on how good it performs as I haven't used it in the rain so far since purchasing it.
