No. 16 Balloon Weight
Great deco for someone's 16th birthday (or 16 years on-the-job)! Will be buying more of these for all the young sprouts in our family turning 16. Was a hit at our cousin's sweet 16 birthday party! Bought a "Sweet 16" balloon on Amazon to attach to the 16 weight and it was really neat also.
