Music is inspiring for students

It is mind-boggling to consider that such an outstanding resource is available at such a low price.The selections are perfect for the purpose stated. The CD accompaniment and demonstrations are well done.I had trouble with one of the CDs in that the provided software that plays the tracks at selectable speeds would not recognize it. However, I remedied the situation by ripping all tracks to MP3s on disk and then using another software package to play the tracks at different tempos. I actually prefer this.If you are an aspiring violinist, then this book should be in your possession; for the exceptional value, there is no reason for it not to be!

There are three books in the THE VIOLIN COLLECTION collection ( EASY TO INTERMEDIATE VIOLIN/PIANO, INTERMEDIATE VIOLIN/PIANO, and INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED VIOLIN. Each book has an excellent collection of music, CD with full performance track and accompaniment track. Each book is also divided into the accompaniment sheet music alone with a pull out which contains only the violin sheet music.

Well arranged for the beginning violinist - like me. The performances on the cd are nothing short of breath taking and inspire the student to aspire to a better sound out of their violin. Accompaniments are full and as an intermediate pianist, I find them well in reach to play. A nice variety of pieces from Baroque to modern.

This is a nice collection of pieces to play. They are quality but simple arrangements of quality classical music. Easy to Intermediate is a fair assessment of difficulty.

Granddaughter loves them, a lot of fun plucking strings!

Really nice selections of songs to play.

You can hear the piece or the accompaniment, with speed adjustment. Great for learning and even for performance if no pianist is around. Also high quality books.

Its a challenge for me in places, particularly in the higher E string positions but a good learning tool.

Es un buen libro, con una variedad de piezas que para mí se encuentran algo mezcladas en cuanto a dificultad. Que tenga la posibilidad de escuchar los audios, cambiar el tempo incluso, hace más fácil elegir que tema se adapta mejor al nivel de uno o al gusto personal.En mi opinión, creo que fáciles son unas tres o cuatro, y el resto las calificaría de nivel intermedio.Me ha gustado mucho que tiene una breve descripción de cada tema y autor, y que las partituras para violín vienen por separado además de con el acompañamiento de piano. Me agradó mucho también la calidad de la portada y de la impresión en general.Seguramente cuando tenga más habilidad con el violín, me compraré los otros dos libros de la serie.Espero haber sido de ayuda para otros amantes del violín.

Testo con brani musicali classici. Buona la scelta del repertorio e divertente in quanto grazie all'incsione della parte pianistica di accompagnamento.
