I almost dismissed this without looking at it at all because it only had one star, but it turns out that that low rating is 100% due to the fact that the e-book version was unusable. That version has since been withdrawn, IMHO Amazon should remove both my review and that one, but until then I thought I might help others by letting them know that there are, as of this writing, no reviews of the actual content of the book, or the quality of the physical printing.

Every page is separately stored as a small image that needs to be magnified to view and then having the image closed before you can flip to the next page. That's not how we read books!
