Here’s an update (9/17) on my review from July — I’ve burned my candle regularly since then and y’all, it still nearly half full!! Not only has it not burned up yet, it has burned WELL. That really makes a difference. The wicks are even, and burn evenly and don’t really need much trimming. The scent of the candle is still perfect, too. I don’t know why these candles aren’t out-selling Yankee candles, because they are every bit as good.This is one of the best candles I’ve ever burned! I love Pier 1 and Yankee Candles, and treat myself periodically to a new candle. I saw these, and the idea of cloves, cinnamon and orange together just sounded so good! And I was right. The fragrance is absolutely amazing! But even better than that, it’s a great burning candle, too. It’s a two-wick candle, and I let it burn the first time for 5 hours. It was just barely down a quarter of an inch. The wicks were still perfect. I still haven’t used up a whole inch of wax, and I have burned it a few times.The price for this was not bad at all. In fact, I subscribed to it. The thing that finally sold me all the way is that the container is completely reusable, even the lid! I hate waste, and this jar will hold many things and be cute. These candles make a great teacher or neighbor gift, a good treat for yourself, or part of a super nice gift basket. You won’t be sorry!

Super fast shipping. Packed well. Candle smells awesome. Not too sweet, just a warm spicy cozy home smell. These candles always have a great throw and long burn time. Well worth the money.

Awesome throw! Placed this in home office on first floor. Living room, bath, entry and office - delicious aroma. Long Lasting! Will buy again and try other scents.

Love this brand of candles. I appreciate the presentation of the candle itself, the lid, the ribbon and long burn time. I tried this scent around the Fall.This was my 1st time trying the Orange Cinnamon Clove scent. All of the notes listed are scents I would normally love together. I did enjoy the candle, but it didn't throw the scent as far as other scents I have tried by A Cheerful Giver. I still burned it all the way down. It was a nice scent and you could faintly smell it if you walked outside and come back in. It just wasn't a favorite for me.Of all the scents made by A Cheerful Giver (that I have tried so far) the "Honey Pear Cider" is my favorite one. For some reason that particular scent does seem to have problems with the wicks burning down equally. You may have to give that candle a bit of extra love and attention to keep it burning down correctly, but for me it's worth it. The scent of the Honey Pear Cider throws a long way. It fills my open floor plan and everyone always compliments the scent.The Orange Cinnamon Clove was nice, but I probably wouldn't buy it again. I look forward to trying more scents by A Cheerful Giver as the seasons change.The burn time in the description is accurate! You will have candle that burns for a very long time. That is a guarantee and I love that about this brand. I have only purchased the larger (Papa) candles because as far as ounces/burn time goes you get more for your money. I would consider purchasing smaller candles in different scents in the future just to try them out.Either way, none of the scents I have tried have been gross, overpowering or plain ole unacceptable to this candle addict. I believe A Cheerful Giver has a pretty good idea of what notes to add together to compliment in another. This scent was just not my favorite. I highly recommend this brand for candle lovers. You can definitely find a scent that works for you personally and the candle/jar is beautifully done.

I was hoping to get a candle in a glass container that looked nice enough for a Xmas present. Little did I know how great these candles really are until they arrived, very well packed and in a reasonable time.The scent, unlike most scented candles, is very robust and 'good' smelling. The glass jar is very good looking, too. It has a nice glass lid.I actually bought two of these candles, so I am extra happy!Highly recommended !

This candle is very nice. It has a long burn and a pleasant fragrance of cinnamon and clove.

The first candle I received was broken into a lot of little pieces. The bubble wrap was so thin and it was one small piece. They did replace it and when it arrived, it wasn’t broken and the bubble wrap was sturdy and protected the candle. It smells so good and burns even. I would definitely recommend this candle.
