More than 24hrs hot and Cold water
This flask is so useful in the winter days, retains hot water for more than 24hours, I love it. Even useful during summer for cold water. A very good product

Perfect to save money
Bought this for my hotchocolate station, for the price I wasn't expecting it to b great in comparison to others , but when at home all day I also use it for all hot drinks, I boil Kettle twice in morning (saving me money !!!) Normally i boil 5 or 6 times a day for my drinks !! I get 3 litres of hot water .... And it stays hot for 9-10 hours... I've had this around a month, at the start it lost its heat after 4 hours, then I realised its because of the lock button, if the leave rhe lock button open it loses heat... Cos every Time I lock it , it now does double the time!! Any way love this and such a bargain!

A very efficient product, suits our purposes very well. Keeps hot drinks hot; I therefore suppose cold drinks will be kept cold equally well. Well made, should be durable.

This is a brilliant product and kept the water hot for 9 hours + which I used up Someone mentioned that it hadn’t kept the water warm - if you follow the set up instructions then it works as it should

Increased productivity no end
If you like to constantly refresh you hot water and lemon, it can take you away from your desk for 5 minutes each time you want to boil the kettle. Not anymore - I bought the wife one of these and productivity has increased no end. Well worth it! Keeps the water hot most of the day and, because it's a good size, the water lasts most of the day as well.

3L Pump Action Air Pot Flask insulation failed after 3 months
I bought it in January and now insulation had failed as it does does not keep hot water hot for even an hour. The outside of flask feels very warm. I had one from Crystal before and lasted 3 years! I informed the Crystal vendor about it and he seems to imply a misuse on my part! just filling in hot water and dispensing it! It wasn't drop at all and I offer to send it back for him to check and also ask if there is any warranty but no reply!! Someone else in the review had the same problem and bought in January this year too. Maybe a batch problem?
