But if I’m taking the time to write this, it’s because this product and the company behind it truly earned it.This was my first time replacing an iPhone screen, and to my surprise, everything worked flawlessly. Installation went pretty easy, but you definitely need an hour, a clear workspace, and a lot of squinting. The video they sent me showed up a couple days late, and happened to be the same one I already used to do the install. There are plenty of videos out there to browse through.The screen's visual quality was noticeably worse but ultimately not a huge deal. The deal breaker for me is the touch sensitivity. I often have to press multiple times for a tap to register, and sometimes the tap registers a bit away from where I touched. This makes typing on a keyboard difficult, and sometimes a BAD button registers if it's next to what I'm trying to tap. Eg. "Yes" gets tapped when I tap "No" or "Cancel". I'm not sure if I got a particular bad screen or if this is just as good as it gets for cheap after-market screens.EDIT: I was offered a full refund, so I've updated my rating accordingly. Just know that aftermarket screens can be hit or miss, and at least you've got a good refund policy on this one.

Good screen for price! This is a good option if you need a good value screen quickly. Amazon was able to get this to me overnight. The screen comes well packaged with the tools needed to do the repair as well as a replacement seal and screen protector!The screen was easy to replace and functions as expected. If you follow the included repair guide video, functionality such as FaceID, front camera, speaker, light sensor etc will remain intact.The low cost does mean it is not an exact replacement. This is an LCD screen (higher battery drain) with less vibrant colors than the OEM screen. The phone will also warn you that is it not a genuine screen replacement and therefore disable features such as True Tone. It is also slightly thicker than the original and will therefore sit slightly more raised, as opposed to the flush OEM screen.Overall, if you need a functional screen replacement quick and cheap this is a good option. If you want a high quality exact replacement, you may want to consider other options.

Placed an order for a screen replacement for my co-workers cracked IPhone 12 Pro MAX and fits perfectly with it. Functions are smooth and runs as efficient as the original Apple screen. Has the same quality as the original Apple screen and runs perfectly smooth. Easy to install as well and was durable enough to withstand pressure applied to it. Came with a screen protector and it was also easy to install the screen protector. The wipes came with the product as well although the wipes were small and hoping it was bigger for surface coverage as you wipe. Tools were not used but if you didn't have any tools to begin with then it would be recommended to use the tools that came with the product. The screen protector was easy to remove as well and it didn't need much pressure to adjust and remove it. Dust particles will get through if you are not careful with the screen protector and will wear out the adhesive under neath if adjusted too many times. Overall, has good quality and was easy to install.

😎 I like this product. During the installation process I forget to unplug my phone battery connection so that my phone would be without power during the installation process of my brand new LCD screen and after the installation was complete the brand new LCD screen could not display anything! I was beginning to think 🤔 maybe I bought a faulty LCD screen. But that was not the true reason why the “Brand New LCD Screen could not display anything after the installation process was completed. The true reason why it was not displaying anything was because my phone was ON (had power) during the whole process of removing the old broken lcd screen and also during the whole process of installing the brand new LCD screen. To fix this I had to unplug my phone battery connection and then plug it back to give my phone power ! It worked 🤩🤩🤩🥳🥳🥳

Just installed it and seems OK. The screen quality is much lower quality (not retina/you can see pixels) and the Black edge around the screen is bigger than the origional. I recommend getting tools from ifixit.com and using their guide. The suction cup provided here is not strong enough to get the screen off- no way. It works and is an affordable replacement to get me through untill I get a new one in a couple months. I was happy that they included a sim injector! I’ve read a number of reviews here about the screen not lasting … we’ll see! If it gives out I’ll update here….
