At first, I wasn’t sure if I should spend this much on a MahJongg set. I almost bought a cheaper one that wasn’t as pretty to save money. Glad I changed my mind and bought this one instead. Overall I am very happy with this pink Cherry Blosson (Sakura) set. The tiles and the matching cases are beautiful. My only complaint is that one of the pink acrylic pusher-racks is already broken because it was accidentally dropped on the floor.

A beautiful set with beautiful tiles. My friend had this set, and I liked it so much that I bought one too. Has a light-weight carry bag, which makes it convenient to take the set to play at various locations. The only negative I see is that I would have preferred bags for storing the tiles, instead of storage racks, but this has not really caused any problem as everything fits nicely in the carry bag. The setvalso comes with a fairly decent instruction manual, though I would still recommend taking lessons if you are new to the game.

I really like the set. The racks are bright, but a little flimsy. May have to replace them in the future. I would have preferred bags rather than trays but I knew what I was getting. I can make or buy bags to store my tiles in if I choose. The tile picture is pink, but not as bright as shown on internet, but I’m happy with the tiles. I like the carrying case. Love the purple. It has an inside zipper pocket that you can store the spare tiles. The case itself has a zipper. You could just put your tiles in the carrying case lose and they would not fall out.

Three days in seven plays after, three tails of already broken in half with nothing but tender loving care treatment. This product should ship with a tube of superglue so you can fix the tiles that break in half. I mean, it’s not a big deal to superglue tiles, but if you do it incorrectly, you’ll always know what that title is because you’ll see the glue mistakes. Perhaps I should return, but is it going to happen again?

I am a new Mahjong player and purchased this set to take to the clubhouse to play with other newbies like myself. This set is exactly as it looks and states in the description. I liked the colorful set and bright colors so I thought I would give it a try. Surprisingly enough it paid off it is durable. The cases for the tiles are very handy to keep things in place. Clear definition on the tiles, I was very pleased when I received it. I would recommend it to friends. I have already received many compliments on how pretty my set it.

When I first opened the box, there were a couple broken pieces. And I was okay with that because superglue fixed it. More pieces started falling apart when we started using them for the first time. They're very cute, but was very bummed out having to fix them all the time. Going to have to return

I really like everything about it...it is such a beautiful set and I get compliments all the time. I wanted something pretty, but light weight to carry. My other set is also beautiful but heavy to carry...its in a box

I'm sure people are wondering why I chose the word Embarrassing!I spent over $130 on this beautiful set and the first day I used it a tiles one fell on the floor and split in half!The next time I "Washed/ Mixed" the tiles and 1 split in half.I bought a table top cover to insure that never happened...well that was a waste of money because these Pretty but Impractical Tiles are Still Split in half.After taking them to out Mahjong night, I never took them back, because...I figured since the floor was carpeted it would be fine...you guessed it, one hit the floor & slip in half!!! The host gave me Gorilla Glue & a Giant Chip Clip, pulled her $53 set out and helped my pack my.What an Embarrassment.It's the only set I own, so whenever I take it out, I grab my gorilla glue & a chip clip to play.And yes I bought this set 3 years ago and I'm just writing the review because yesterday I glued four tiles together not one hit the floor this just happened racking them and washing them!Lots of the acrylic designs are Very Pretty, Totally Impractical and Extremely Embarrassing when playing with others.

Some of the tiles were split in two when they arrived. Crazy glue seems to be working.

When mixing the tiles, they broke.Tiles were very pretty.

Some of the tiles fell apart during the first game. Poor glue.

Attractive colour and pattern. Blank replacement tiles were not provided and I have had one tile split apart.
