Supplements like this can be pricey for whatever reason but per volume this is a pretty good deal.

Total waste of 60 bucks. I bought 4 bottles. The capsules are so old they crack if you squeeze them. Years back when these came out, 5 or 6 did the trick and they were one of the best. These bottles I bought from this Amazon seller - I had to take half the bottle to get them to work. And no, it's not tolerance. Every other brand I use, I need only 3-4 of them and they work. The reason these won't work unless you take a handful is because these are super old bottles packaged long ago and have lost all potency. The smell of the fresh ones used to kick you in the face when freshly opened. A red flag went up when these had a very weak smell. They smelled just like the old ones, but the smell was so weak you had to really try to get a wiff. So I examined them and the way they crack and crumble when squoze or taken apart and broken down tells the story. They're EXTREMELY past their expiration date. The brand is a brand from times past, but I thought I got lucky by finding them for this price. So beware, at the dose necessary for these to kick in, it's going to cost you 3-5 times as much as other kava would cost. And even then, 30 capsules only kicked them about as effective as maybe 2 of the 4 capsules of 'root of happiness' capsules for example, which I take 4 of. If you're an old fan of these, look elsewhere and see if there are any fresh ones around. Don't mess with these from this seller. They're absolute rubbish trust me they need to be chucked.

These are pretty good, and stronger than some more expensive kava supplements I was taking. I had to take two of the other ones, despite them claiming a high potency... with these, I only have to take one to feel a zen wash over me that helps stop panic attacks and flashbacks in their tracks. I'm really impressed with them! I wouldn't recommend them for helping with sleep though without taking something else, like melatonin or valerian root. I don't think one of these by itself is enough to knock someone out unless they're extremely sensitive to it.

A very very weak product. It took 3/4 of a bottle to get any relief. I can spend twice as much and get results from a much smaller dose.

I like that it really does can my anxieties.

I have purchased this product a dozen times. Best kava for the price. Takes about 40 min to really take effect. It helps my chronic pain,nerve damage, and anxiety disorder. No grogginess. It can actually help you focus....

Love this product. Does not make me sleepy but seems to calm me when I need it.
