This emblem is a perfect fit for the hood of my 2010 9-5 Aero. I'm thrilled about the quality of it, and that it's genuine OEM. I'm still stunned how nice this little badge looks, does my 9-5 justice!

Exactly what was needed to replace the hood emblem on our 2005 9-3 convertible. Very easy to remove the old one, simply warm it with a hot air hair dryer (DO NOT use a heat gun! You WILL DAMAGE THE HOOD AND MELT THE EMBLEM COMPLETELY!) and carefully pry the old one off with a standard, flat blade screwdriver. I advise placing some painters tape along the edge of the old emblem to protect the hood from the screwdriver.After removing the old emblem, thoroughly clean the hood of old adhesive and dirt. Warm soap and water is best (If you have any stubborn adhesive residue, I've found that "Orange Glo" Furniture Cleaner/Polish will work very well at removing that. You will need to completely wash away the "Orange Glo" before placing the new emblem). Once you've cleaned the surface, placing the new emblem is very simple: remove the paper from the adhesive on the back of the emblem, make sure you align the tabs on the rear of the emblem with the holes on the hood and press down firmly.Best price I was able to find on the 'Net and eEuroparts shipped and delivered it quickly! I can't believe I waited so long to order this! I have a 2006 9-3 sedan and my Griffin disappeared; I was scooting around with a silver disc. I was hesitant this would not be "real" but it's great.Per another reviewer, I covered a flathead screw driver with cloth and pried the old emblem up. I then used alcohol to clean the area and remove excess glue. The emblem has prongs on the back that match up to holes in the hood. These allow you to set your emblem straight with little effort. I put pressure on it for a bit and it seems to be tightly adhered. Shipping was very fast and I am very happy with the product.FYI: your existing emblem is just a sticker too, so don't let that aspect scare you away.

We have a 2002 Saab 9-3 Viggen and this "hood emblem" was too large for the hood. It appears to be the correct size for the trunk emblem, but it's the hood we are in need of replacing and this one is too large.

Fit my wife's 2006 Saab 9-7x and looks good as factory. Will buy again if we ever replace our dented hood.

Was able to pop the old one off with only some slight issues. Ended up using a very small flathead and a towel to pry it off. New one fit perfectly and looks great.

Great product, says "hood" but is for the trunk, so no good.
