Perfect, (front sleeve size fits CAT tq and under.)
Great product. Small, sturdy holds the essentials for a quick trauma kit. Its enough to hold: inside; one israeli bandage, a very small bottle of antiseptic, quickclot, antiaeptic wipes, and has 3 inner sleeves that hold items when fully opened. The outside can hold: one tourniqet. Although many have had complaints that they cant fit a tourny in the front sleeve. Its defenitely possible. I was able to fit my CAT (yes the real CAT not a knockoff) in the sleeve HOWEVER you wont be able to fit it if you shove the tightening stick parallel along the tq. It must be diagnal to fit. Other than that the tq sleeve was pretty damn tight but besides that i have zero issues with this pouch.

It's a snug fit but it still fits just fine. If you just try to randomly fold up ...
I'll skip right to everyone's complaints... It's hard to get a CAT tourniquet into the TQ pouch IF AND ONLY IF you don't know how to stage a TQ. It's a snug fit but it still fits just fine. If you just try to randomly fold up your TQ and cram it in the pouch you'll have a problem. Now that's out of the way the rest of the pouch is fantastic. It's a great pouch for the price. I have two chest seals, NPA, pressure bandage, compressed gauze, chem light, sharpie, and an emergency blanket in mine. I keep this on my battle belt and it does not take up much real estate. If you don't need a tear away pouch this is a great IFAK.

Ideal For a Bare Bones Kit
Well made and a good size to fit on a TAC vest or bailout bag. A bit bulky (if on a vest) when loaded, is as thick as a double AR mag pouch with a single pistol mag pouch attached to it. Is not a bulky as the GI IFAK. You have room to fit all the stuff from an IFAK and add a small extra item or two. It is harder to see contents (vs the dummy corded pull out insert of the IFAK) if mounted on a vest, but all contents will stay in place when kit is open. Only give it a 4 star rating because the internal elastic loops could be a bit better organized. In a nutshell, if you need to have a basic IFAK style kit on a vest without the thickness/bulk of a GI type IFAK kit, this is a good choice. If you have the room to carry a traditional style IFAK pouch, go that route. It allows you to carry a few extras and the pull out insert lets you see everything in the kit.

Nice Little First Aid Pouch
I was looking for a compact and low profile pouch to put on my vest and this fit the bill nicely! Like most other reviews on here, the front tourniquet pocket is a little small. I have a SOFT T wide tourniquet that did not fit in that pocket, so I threw it in the main compartment and put a pair of medical sheers in their instead, which works perfectly!Otherwise, the main pocket it just big enough to handle a wide array of medical items. If you are looking for a compact first aid or IFAK pouch. This is definitely an option.

Must have for conceal carry
If you carry you should definitely consider getting this pouch for emergencies. You will need to stock it yourself but everything you need to address injuries after a self defense situation will fit perfectly in this pouch. Not to mention that 5.11 really does put out phenomenal products that will hold up extremely well and are extremely functional. I always have this nearby, ready to deploy if needed because I may have to attempt to save a life in the blink of an eye and just the thought is worth it to me.

If you need a pouch this size, it's better than most. That being said, it has some flaws.
First, let's address the tourniquet pouch size issue. Will a CAT Gen 7 tourniquet fit in the pouch? Yes. Is it a good fit? No. The non-elastic edge around the top of the tourniquet pouch is small enough that you have to force the buckle and the windlass plate past it. And it's almost as hard to get out as it is to get in. About 1/4" more fabric at the top of the pouch would turn this pouch into one of the best in its class. As it is, I'd hate to have to get the tourniquet out one-handed.This cost the pouch two stars, because otherwise the pouch is excellent. There are very few IFAK/BOK pouches that will fit on two rows of molle webbing without hanging over the edges of the panel it's attached to. This pouch fits perfectly on the side of my Maxpedition Falcon 2. No overhang to dig into my back. The main pouch holds quite a bit, too. I loaded mine with:1. A CAT Gen 7 in the TQ pouch.2. A 4" T3 Israeli bandage.3. 7 1/4" NAR EMT shears.4. Sharpie marker.5. Two pairs of exam gloves (in the smallest) pocket.6. One pair of Hyfin compact chest seals.7. One small pack (3"x24") Quick Clot gauze.8. One NPA tube w/lube.9. One mylar blanket. The SlickStick attachment makes detaching the pouch fast and easy. Pop the snaps, pull up on the SlickSticks, and the pouch is loose. Getting them back in is another matter. They're very stiff, and weaving them can be tough. The pack is THICK. with the load listed above, it extends out about 5" from whatever it's attached to. Gotta get the cubic somewhere, and 5.11 deliberately kept the footprint small so it would fit in small spaces on a pack.If you need a narrow IFAK/BOK pouch to fit on your pack, this is a good choice, Would have been a fantastic choice if 5.11 had made the TQ pouch a bit larger.

Great size for a BOK
Just big enough to carry a BOK (Blow Out Kit) Saw a lot of negative review on the 5.11 site for how small the tourniquet pocket was, several people claiming a C.A.T. won't fit...Bravo Sierra !!! It's a tight fit, but it goes in there fine, Honestly I was expecting it to be hard to fit it in there based on the reviews, but it wasn't just took about 30 seconds of actually paying attention. This has all the space you need for a Decent BOK (a C.A.T., Nitrile gloves, a sharpie, a field dressing, EMT shears, and a little space left over for and small specialty items.) Fits the bill perfectly, and doesn't waste space (only two molle straps, and the slick stick attachment system is great for attaching/removing gear.) The Hot pull tab works great(just pull and it's open!), it also has a Velcro attached Red Cross and Velcro space for a blood type patch. Overall I find it to be a well thought out piece of gear.

Good little grab bag
Compact pouch, perfect for a small PFAK/IFAK/Trauma Kit. I fit a pair of tuff cut shears, a Cat Tourniquet, Gloves, Israeli bandage, and a handful of assorted sized haemostatic gauze’s in it comfortably. Ideal as a stand alone “Blow Out Kit”, or to supplement a more diverse med kit
