Bought for my Husband because his upper arm always hurts from repetitive movements. He says this helps quite a bit and even when he's not using his arm, it relieves the pain.

I originally ordered this compression sleeve because of severe bicep tendonitis and a very sore shoulder. In fact I had greatly reduced range of motion. I started wearing this sleeve all day and everyday, whether I was doing anything strenuous or not. I should mention I am an active 75 year old woman. What I noticed is the headaches I had been experiencing for 6 years started getting fewer and milder. Headaches on the left side, arm sleeve on the right arm. I’ll let a PT explain that one. I’m still wearing the band everyday after several months. Now the band has lost some of it’s compression no matter how tight I try to put it on. The positive effect is disappearing also. I just ordered another band and it is the wrong size so I will have to return it and reorder the right size. (I thought I had). This is the second time I have ordered and gotten the wrong size. A few months ago I ordered one for my son and had the same problem. It’s an excellent product but I don’t know why I have this problem of getting a bigger size than I ordered. It is a little difficult to put on your own arm by yourself but with a little practice you can do it.

Goes on relatively easy. Stays in place and can be secured . Works well if you are looking to take a load off your upper arm and shoulder tendons.

I bought this product because I was experiencing muscle fatigue and pain in my upper arm, around my bicep and my tricep. Overall, the product does what I expected, although it could be slightly more comfortable. I saw reviews before buying this that the mesh lining on it leaves bumps on the arm and that is accurate. I will say though that I don't think the people complaining about how to attach the velcro understand the manufacturers intent. There is an inner band, and if you set it once to the right width for your arm then you never have to undo it again. The outer band is then the band that you tighten after sliding the inner band up to the desired placement on your arm. This product did the job and relieved my pain, so that's all I really care about.

I did find putting the brace on fiddly when fitting it to my arm. It took some time to place it correctly on my arm & then stop it moving when applying the wrap around pressure strap.
