Gymnic Heavymed 1 Medicine Ball

I purchased a previous one that I absolutely loved and worked very well for my physical therapy. I ordered a second one and when I received it it was much larger than the first. My mistake, I didn’t read the detail. Same brand, price, different vendor and appeared to be the exact same size because they were next to each other in a photo. It took a bit longer to arrive. I realized immediately it was too large and had to return it but they wanted to charge shipping fee. I kept it and gave it to someone who could use it. BEWARE OF Third party vendors.

Purchased this med ball for some hand therapy exercises. It's just heavy enough, and the texture of the ball allows for better grip.

I had to have surgery on my arm and have had physical therapy for the past 3 months. I would like to keep up on my exercises at home on my own and knew that I needed this. This has lasted thru the years great product

I like the size, weight, and surface texture for upper-body exercises. It's easy to hold, twist with and lift, and requires slower, steadier aim when bouncing it or holding it elevated. Good for your general workout or for rehab work.

Using this for what it is intended will give a great work-out. Specifically used to strengthen the shoulder. Good value for the money and good weight.
