Could easily be improved with no additional cost to manufacturer.

On the middle level where I cut the interior dividers to make a double compartment; I will block off the entrance on the back side so they have a 2 room apartment basically. I will probably close off the four top compartments since there is no way to clean them and they are too small. S &K...Make these just 2 long nest boxes- one on each end, with a drop down door to clean and the same hard plastic floor as the other 2 levels. Corrugated plastic is fine for dividers; but not for floors. So what they are saying is 12 rooms is really only feasible as 6. Could easily be a comfortable 10 room with a little re- engineering.

Not sturdy with recommended pole.
Not easy to assemble so I wouldn't give as a gift.It would be easy to clean because of its unique design that enables you to bring it down the pole via rope and pulley but the pole comes in about 18" sections that flex badly at the joints which allows wind to move the house/pole assembly all over the place. The house seller says that you need that pole to reap the benefits of their design. I would not buy again.

For my dad
Was a gift for my dad at Christmas we jut put the bird house together in may-2021 he love it little hard to putting together but we got done and he put it up maybe to high to clean at the age of 85

When done, it ended up fine.The instructions are not well writtenThe cardboard walls are not forgiving and the company does not sell replacement parts

The plastic clips don't hold .bent won't line up. you need the pole. expensive for the quality .

Horrible, doesn't come with all the parts to assemble
Just an awful birdhouse. The interior walls are cardboard. It came in a ridiculous amount of pieces...AND...you have to purchase the pole because without it you can't even put the house together. It doesn't come with the roof cap and the rope straps that hold it together...those come with the pole! Just completely horrible.

Beware of this junk
This product is pathetic Poor materials, cheap design, imposdible instructions To return this junk i would have had to go to ups an post office as a third party seller amazon wouldnt accept returnAlso you have to pay shipping charges to returnI threw it in the trash as that is what it is
