These are a great alternative for people unable to swallow large pills. They are designed for children but work great for adult with the inability to handle the large mucinex pills. I just mix them in apple sauce and my son doesn't complain.

We use this only once a day before school for a son during cold season when he has a productive cough. It gets him through the school day with minimal interruptions and discomfort. Also has helped him avoid the normal sore throats he would get from coughing too much.

My granddaughter has been taking this for the last few years upon recommendation of her Pediatrician. It works well, helps with her cough and congestion. I have shared with other parents and they use it now too. This is the best price I can find it for
