Does this 60mm diamond paperweight come boxed please?

Yes it does, but came foam wrapped and in a cheap little box. Despite this, it looks good on a small coffee table with a lamp.

Is the colour just painted on the surface?

I ordered the clear one which was beautiful, but I have no experience of coloured crystals
