Quite possibly the best budget balisong trainer currently on the market.
For the price paid, this balisong is a gem. The overall construction is solid. Very stylish looks. The hardware is surprisingly decent for a low-budget Chinese balisong. The spring latch works wonderful (although it is a bit heavy). I have purchased similar balisongs from other manufacturers and this one beats them all hands down. The bearings are cheap, but they work. Due to their small size and nylon "cage", you won't be able to upgrade them with other knife pivot bearings available on the market. As with any balisong, expect to have to apply some type of thread locker to the pivot screws to keep them from backing out from use. I removed the latch system per the instructions of a YouTube reviewer and the balance of this balisong is now beautiful. If you plan to get serious about flipping this trainer, do yourself a favor and remove the latch. Also make sure you keep lube in the bearings. Use decent knife lube/oil. Regular penetrating sprays will dry up and leave the bearings grindy. As an added bonus, the sheath this Andux comes with it quite decent as well. Better than the offerings of their competition. If you're looking for your first decent balisong trainer or just a cheap spare to have around, this is the product for you. I highly recommend this trainer.

Great choice for cheap flipping, amazing quality for cost
So the trainer itself is actually really good, as all the other reviews have said. However, what makes it 4 stars and not 5 for me is the utter garbage hardware that comes with it. The screws are T6 for the handles, which just suck. As you can see in the picture, the little tool (which is truly tiny, and stupidly smooth and hard to hold) stripped on the screws when trying to remove the latch, and this is after my T6 screwdriver stripped much the same. The screws also strip semi-easily, especially with how tight they are. I wish I would've gotten one of the ones people complain about that don't have stupid tight hardware, so that way I could actually disassemble and clean it, and apply some loctite in order to ensure the screws won't back out during flipping. Honestly can't believe that the screws ruined my tools. The trainer is amazing for the cost, but its very clear where money was saved to make this amazing price possible. To anyone that reads the 1-star reviews and gets sketched out: LOCTITE THE SCREWS. Blue loctite for non-permanent, red for permanent. Its just a thing with balisongs that use screws (as they should) that they can back out with extended flipping. If you don't want to disassemble, its perfectly workable, however the latch just messes with the balance for more complicated flipping, as it is made of steel and not something like titanium or aluminum, which would both likely solve the weight problem.Overall an excellent choice, just be very careful with your tools if you're taking it apart.

Wanna learn to flip?? BUY THIS!!!! Or 2
This thing is a dream beater.. the g10 is great. THROWN this thing into centment and yes the g10 chips but it doesnt peel. The one complaint is two screws stripped after taking the latch off and locktighting everything. But I highly recommend this.

falling apart
after 1 week of using it the latch started falling apart but it was not that big of a deal, later in like 1-2 weeks after the screws starting loosening and falling off and i had to screw them back all the time. This balisong would be good to start with to check if you like it or not. But after using this you should get a non copy from amazon.

Good quality and construction
I saw this model on several youtube videos and most creators had nothing but high praise for it, so I bought one myself. After comparing it side by side to another 'budget' model, I have admit this one wins hands down in quality and price. It's very well designed and fun to carry. If your looking for your first practice knife then this is it.One side note: the latch pin slipped off shortly after a couple of weeks (shame, cause I kinda liked it) but I found many other users preferred to remove theirs anyhow, so it worked out the same.

Best knife on Amazon hands down
This knife is well made, after removing the latch, applying some KLP (knife pivot lube) and locktide it works great. One complaint is the handle size, personally i like it a bit bigger, nonetheless this deserves every star it gets and a a great budget knife

Solid beginner balisong trainer. See full review for notes.
This balisong trainer is a great flipper for someone looking to get into balisong flipping. For $25 you can't go wrong. Build quality if very solid for the price. If you are not sure if balisong flipping is for you this is a great place to start with low investment cost.Couple things to note. The trainer I received, I'm almost 100% sure, was used. There was black(dirt) scuffs on parts of the handles. The long channels cut out of the G10 handles had dirt/dust and grease in the corners. Also there was a little glob of crud on the "blade" I scraped off with my finger nail.Since the box did include a bag of replacement screws, pivots and bearings I figured I might as well tear it down, clean it and see if I needed to replace any of the hardware.Apon breaking it down it was pretty dirty. The bearings and pivot points were fairly grimmy and had wear from metal rubbing. Ended up cleaning it real good, removing the latch and replacing all the bearings, zen pin screws, pivots and handle screws. All and all not a huge deal. For a $25 flipper off amazon I was not to concerned with sending it back considering it wasn't "damaged" at all.Last thing to note. You are 100% going to need to put threadlocker on the pivot screws or you're going to have a bad time! Everytime you tighten the screws and get it tuned perfect, after a few flips, the screws start to get loose. So just know that going in. If you are going to pick up the hobby its probably a good idea to have some threadlocker laying around anyway. Thanks for reading and happy flipping!
