These balls are perfect for my children! They use them as chairs and can bounce & move. I've use them for over a month and still haven't needed to re pump them and that is with daily usage of these wonderful balls!

This was a godsend when pregnant, particularly in the 3rd trimester. It’s a brilliant size for me (I’m 5’6 and needed the 75cm for sitting on).It comes with the pump and was easy for me to inflate on my own whilst pregnant.Great colour and even my hubby loved using it.It was so helpful when I got restless legs in pregnancy and for ensuring I sat up straight and forward to position baby correctly

It is a great product and just what I wanted. However, I am having to sell it rather than just store it. I tried using it but it needs more space than you think to use it properly. I found a great youtube exercise video which shows exactly the workouts you can do. My home is average size but you need somewhere that allows you to do all these properly. I am 5'2' and average size so it's a shame. Be aware also that great care must be taken not to pierce it or catch it. Carrying it from one room to another means taking it through doorways. Need somewhere to leave it when not in use - easier said then done with pets around or a child. I do hope this information helps. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew all of this. So it's all re-packed and not even used. Should have sent it back for a refund but too late once I realised.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I am 167 centimetres tall and following the table I bought size L and it is the correct size. Just by looking at the ball you can tell it is made out of quality material, it feels durable and thick. It was delivered with all the necessary accessories and the pump was also good quality, therefore easy to inflate. However, it still took about 20 minutes to inflate and at first, I thought I bought a size too small because while sitting on it I sank very deep into the ball, with my head barely above my work desk. Therefore, I kept inflating the ball even thou I thought my first attempt was good enough and no more air could fit in. To my surprise I kept going for at least another 10 minutes, a little nervous what would happen if I pushed in too much air. In the end the ball is big enough for me to sit on it at the same height as if I were sitting on my work-chair and I am very pleased with it. The colour is exactly as advertised and it is overall comfy, bouncy and fun to sit on during long working hours behind my desk.

The ball arrived quickly, looked really pretty in cyan/blue and was easy to inflate with the included pump, I was really happy with my purchase and excited to use the ball. I was surprised to read in the instruction that the ball should not rest against wood or painted walls but I just made sure it was away from walls and furniture and didn't think much about it.After moving the ball from it's resting spot on the next day I've noticed a circular ribbed mark on the floor, trying to clean it off I've realised the mark is not on the surface but the surface has just become matt with a rib pattern from the ball. The floor is not wood, it's Karndean LVT and it made me wonder how the ball surface will react with skin or synthetic sports clothing. Sports equipment materials should definitely not be reactive.Due to the concerns about the material and the immediate damage to the floor, the ball is not useful for exercising or sitting on it. I had to cover the cost of the floor spot restoration in a rented flat and endured quite some stress.I have since bought another ball, recommended by a friend who stored and used hers on wood, laminate, LVT for months with zero issues or marks. No warning on this one in regards to leaning against walls or furniture.This has been my first Pilates ball purchase and now I know that such warning is not normal and is concerning. I warn against this item and appeal for Amazon to remove the listing as it may actually be a health hazard to use this ball or keep it at your home.

Purchased this ball when I was pregnant to encourage baby to stay head down and was pleased with it then... once baby had arrived we still got our use out of it as it settles her down instantly if she's being fussy! It's amazing. If you're pregnant I'd recommend not deflating the ball once your little one has arrived as you may find it's a brilliant way to soothe them! Definitely got our money's worth from this ball that's for sure.

I purchased a Trideer anti slip anti burst ball for my son, who has disabilities', to help with his hypo active problems, I purposely choose this particular ball as it was anti burst.I brought the ball in December. On the 9th of February, my son was sitting on it, when it burst. He came chasing down to the floor, and landed awkwardly, he now has a sore wrist, and bruises on his hips and backside

My fiancé is in her 2nd trimester and started to have a very painful back due to the changes her body is going through.Being our first pregnancy, we also wanted a smooth delivery as anyone would. After doing our research and receiving confirmation from our midwife, it became apparent that the best solution would be an exercise ball. I was over the moon with this one (for info, I ordered the large size - my fiancé is 5’6 and weighs 54kg).The back ache was starting to become a major issue with my fiancé’s day to day life, restricting her from normal everyday activities.After regular use of this ball, and performing the recommended pregnancy exercises, my fiancé’s back improved dramatically.The exercise ball itself came with everything you need, 4 plugs, 1 plug recover, pump and a tape measure to ensure it’s inflated to the correct size. I’m a regular gym goer, and I’ve used different exercise balls in different gyms, you can feel the quality difference. This is great value for money.I must admit, after a fair amount of use (1 hour per day, over a 1 week period), I did notice a slight decrease in inflation, I’m expecting to have to inflate it again soon.
