I mounted this unit on the wall inside a coat closet. The mounting installation was easy. I ended up only catching (1) wall stud so I tried to use the wall anchors provided with limited success. The anchors are cheap plastic with light weight screws that did not work well in 1/2 inch wall board common in most modern housing throughout the USA. I had better fasteners available so I discarded the provided hardware. The unit itself is sturdy and easy to use with handy spring loaded clips that work good for our hand brush and dust pan. The broom and mop handles are held firmly in the holders

This is very sturdy and a great design! We have used this in our garage for about a year now and highly recommend it. We like using things for a while, before posting reviews, that way we can provide honest feedback after we’ve lived with the product for some time. My wife is a professional organizer and therefore you can imagine she keeps our house very organized, including our garage. She had gotten a couple of wall mounted broom/mop holders for our garage several years ago, in a different brand from this one we are reviewing, and they weren’t the best quality one of them kept having items slip out and almost hit her car in the garage several times. Therefore she decided to get on Amazon and search for a new one. She stumbled across this one with good reviews and a reasonable price and we ordered it. We are very impressed with this item, it is durable and items do not slip out or fall off of it even during the hot summer months in TX. After using this for nearly a year, I can confidently say this is a great and durable product and it helps our garage look tidy and organized. We will definitely order more in the future, if needed.

Just what I needed for laundry room to get 1 mop, 1 sponge mop, 1 swiffer and 1 broom w/o dustpan off the floor. There is room for more, just have to position so they don't become bulky if bottoms all line up the same way. I don't have a basement. 1st floor small laundry room, no wash tub. Was skeptical because some reviews claimed too stiff to easily put in or pull out. I didn't have any problems like that. The action was good to easily push in and pull out. No adjustments needed. Items don't slide, they stay in place! Very durable and compact for versatile placement. I have a different type of hanger in garage with hangers spaced further apart, but that's for larger handles like shovels. This unit is more for mop, broom duster size handles, or extension rods. Very easy to install with good instructions. I mounted into drywall. Anchors and screws included were just fine. I didn't need to get my own like some reviews mentioned. Extra item hooks are nice for small dangling items like a fly swatter or key ring items. User tip: I let my string mop dry out in the bathtub so it's slightly damp before hanging. When hung, the head doesn't touch the wall, but you'll avoid dripping water on the floor. If you have a damp sponge mop, face sponge away from wall. Or let these items completely dry out before re-hanging. I'd buy again.
