How do you keep the slide from floating up? Followed all directions and it still floats even while attached. The steps never reach the ground.

DId you use the connectors to attach to the pool? Even with that, ours does float up a bit but not it's not so bad.

Is there a specific way to remove the slide ?? I can’t get the slide connectors to budge.. not sure if I’m doing something wrong?

We had the same problem but after a few tries we got it...this product was much smaller than expected and really didn't have alot of room with the slide connected
