Works. Could be better.
I have one for my 380t and one for my 320. Too many robots, you say? You're probably correct. But that's not the point of this review. This reservoir attachment works, but it could be better. There is no other option that I've seen, so I make do. It does great with my mixture of Meyer's clean day and water. I'm not sure how it would do with something thicker/heavier/soapier. I have laminate floors so I can only use water with a few drops of cleaning solution or they turn into a sticky gross mess. The reservoir is fairly small, so you do need to refill it often. I had one stop working because the little blue wick that is supposed to keep the cleaning pad wet stopped wicking. I have no idea why, and I could not get it working again no matter what I did. I sent it back and iRobot did send me a new one that has worked fine. It is difficult to fill and can be messy, but overall it works as promised and my floors are cleaner than if I did nothing.

Works seamlessly with the Mint 4200
I liked my Mint 4200 before I got this cleaning pad, now I love it. This does a wonderful job of keeping the cloth damp throughout the cleaning cycle. I am delighted that this product, which was designed and distributed by the Mint's primary competitor, works perfectly. All you have to do is fill the reservoir with water or mild cleaning solution. I use the Swiffer cleaning solution. It takes about a half-cup of water. The liquid drips out through a sponge-like applicator in the middle of the pad. The cleaning solution continuously flows out during the cycle. The cloth is still damp once the Mint is done cleaning. There are only drops of solution left in the reservoir. It cleans at least 10x better than a damp cloth alone. A pad such as this should come standard with all hard-floor cleaning robots. Please note, if you use this with the Mint, the grey cleaning clothes that comes with it does not sit well with this pad. You will need to use the blue iRobot ones or custom-cut your own microfiber clothes. This uses Velcro strips to hold the cloth in place, rather than tucking it in. There's too much excess length and bulk with the Mint cloth to seat properly.

My little helper's little helper
I love this thing. I bought it for my Braava 321 (same as the 320, different box) because it doesn't come with one, though the 380 does. After using the Braava a few times without it and now a few times with it, I absolutely think it should come with all Braavas. It's an added cost, nut so worth it. The mopping function just doesn't work well without it. I was constantly having to re-wet the cloth or walk around spraying in front of it every so often. I fill the reservoir about 2/3 full and it keeps the cloth wet the entire run (450-500 square feet) with very little left to dump out at the end. Since it's not using alot of liquid, the floor is completely dry within a minute or so. One HUGE tip though - When using this, do not let the Braava sit on the floor for any length of time after it's done. Any remaining water/solution inside will continue to seep out onto the cloth and leave a puddle. On some flooring that's just a slight annoyance, on other flooring (such as laminate) it has the potential to damage the floor. I would definitely buy this again if I ever lost or broke it. I paid $36 and it was worth every penny.

I do love this product but...
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because mine came apart at the seam on one side. It's still usable to a degree. I just hold it together tight until I attach it to the Braava itself. After the weight of the Braava is on this, it helps to keep the water inside. But for the price, I expected it to last a little longer. I've only had it for around 3 months!I ordered a second reservoir pad eventually. This one has lasted me longer, and I haven't had any problems at all. It's possible that I just got a bad one the first time around. So far, I'm happy with it.

Works well. Can't wait to see future improvements.
I purchased this when I found that it is compatible with the Braava 320 from iRobot. It does a great job of extending the moisture of the mopping cloth without having to stop and moisten the cloth. A future improvement would include more wicks as this tends to only moisten the center of the cloth but you will only notice this if you are mopping a fairly large area (my kitchen/dining room area is about 450 sq. ft) and then only near the end of the cycle. Well worth the $30 I paid for it. Definitely makes the Braava 320 a strong competitor for the 380t.

Necessary item if you want to damp mop...
Since the 320 model does not come with this, I ordered it separately. I think they all should have as a standard item or at least a discount on the price if you buy both together. I gave one less star just because of that reason only.It works better than just a damp cloth so I am glad that I did buy it. I would definitely recommend it even if you have hardwood floors. I was a little worried about how much water would come out but it worked out great and no longer concerned.

... go with my 320 that didn't come with one like the 380 does
I got this to go with my 320 that didn't come with one like the 380 does. While it is a slight improvement over just using a mop cloth dampened at the beginning of the cycle it still doesn't do what I think is an adequate job of keeping it damp. When the cloth starts to dry out the reservoir pad does continue to dampen it, problem is its just a 2" strip in the center because that is the only port where water escapes. Also, it is pretty pricey for what it is. I should have just returned it.

An essential accessory for your iRobot
Overpriced but this works nicely. It holds enough liquid for roughly two runs of the robot. Used with the original cloth covers it dispenses an optimal amount of liquid - enough to dampen the floor for cleaning but not so much that it takes too long to dry. If you already have the robot you double the robot's usefulness by using this pad for mopping.

Be careful as bangin against walls or obstacles causes cracks and leakage. Easily washed and appears to pick up all dirt and debris

Braava works best in dry sweeping mode works while in wet mopping ...
Works well but I donnot think it is necessary. Braava works best in dry sweeping mode works while in wet mopping mode does not clean as well as a swift jet, whether you have this addition or not.

keeps quartz floor nice and clean, put Dettol sanitizer in with water works okay, no smears, very quite, gets into edges, expensive for what it is

Increased cleaning effectiveness by keeping the mopping pad wet from start to finish
At first I mistakenly concluded this product did not work as designed and rated it poorly. I just filled the reservoir with water and attached a damp microfibre pad and at the end of the cycle was disappointed to find that the reservoir was still mostly full and the cloth had dried out. So I tried again with a completely soaked microfibre and found that was the trick ...getting the microfibre sopping wet before attaching it to the reservoir facilitated the capillary action of the wick and actually kept the pad wet for the entire cycle. Now I find it was worth the money I paid and the robot does a fantastic job getting the floor clean, with the pad retaining moisture until finished.I recommend this product if you have the white Mint robot or Braava and are looking for more effective cleaning power without losing moisture.Did you find my review helpful? Cheaply made, poor quality.
Very cheaply made. It would be impossible for this company to not be aware of this, unless of course that this is their plan all along. Make it real cheap so the consumer has to keep buying replacement parts. The original reservoir pad lasted one use.
