Great protection
I live at elevation and I bought these to give my tomato plants protection against frost. So far, they have protected the plants very well against hail and chilly temps. I did worry that the weight of the kozy coats could crush the plant if it ever fell on it so I placed it on the outside of a tomato cage and that worked great. It obviously creates a warm environment, which you can feel if you stick your hand down in on a warm day. My tomatoes are growing quickly and look very healthy.

Who knew?!
Put them around the tomato cage first, then fill the water. I'm sure glad I heard about this from a friend! I had these scraggly tomato plants...didn't think they'd make it. Put on the Kozy Coats and now they're thriving. Something about how warm they're kept while getting stronger...I have lots of wind where I live, and they are being protected as well. I'm leaving them on until the plants are above the top. I hear my plants will grow bigger than ever before.

Works as stated
Product arrived when promised, no holes in any water chambers, setup was easy. Protects plants from cold, I hope they will work for multiple years I will see. Very pricey

They do what they say
I ordered these to try to start my tomatoes much earlier in the season. I planted my tomatoes in April when normally we should be planting the end of May. The tomatoes had a slow start, but survived several frosts and a 26 degree freeze. You just adjust the "teepee" to close the top when it's cold and open in when it's hot. Would definitely recommend except for the price. I felt ~30ish is expensive for 3 cozy coats. If you can catch a sale or end of season clearance, then I would definitely recommend. My plants in May are definitely doing better and hope to have early tomatoes this year.

keeps baby plants warm & safe
the delicate tomato plants are very happy in them, safe from frost & the constant wind. it's been a whole week and they are already peeking out the tops. this year, we might get past the green tomato crop. it's a little tedious to fill the walls, chamber by chamber. in retrospect, i think you could fold down one side of the wall and dunk them in a tub. i'm hoping they have sufficient UV resistance so i can use em next year.

These things really work.
I ordered two different kinds of these plant protectors. One from Park seed, and the other from an unknown seller. The park seed protectors are far better than the other, cheaper brands. They stand up, where the others collapse on top of the plant. They cost a little more, but they're worth it.
