Great! Doesn’t turn off unexpectedly and love how it has the light with magnifying glass plus the steamer so I don’t have a million cords to deal with. Has been working beautifully for all my facial clients. Love how it’s not bulky and has a sleek look to it.

The instructions only had so much luckily I had someone else put it together cause I was confused. I’ve had it and didn’t start using it til about 8 months after I bought it during school. It stopped working on me because I was putting tap water in it when I would go to my clients homes since I’m mobile but I’m hoping white vinegar fixes the issue and I don’t have to but another but it was definitely worth the money!!! The light is wonderful and steam was perfect!

This is my honest opinion. Assembling the steamer was easy, however the performance is not. The container is hard plastic not glass. The steamer sizing is fine not too small its the average size, but it does not work with distilled water. This only works with tap water. The smell was good if you wanted to do aromatherapy facial because it had a section for that. This steamer is honestly not meant to do facials. This steamer does not work with distilled water which is needed to perform beauty services. It requires tap water. I had the steamer for less then a month and it started to fall apart. First the steamer would beep if it did not detect any minerals in the water, which means “tap water”. Second when I did put tap water and let it steam out then added distilled water it beeped the entire time even though that is what the direction said. Sometime later I noticed the steamer began to wobble, then out of nowhere the wheel fell off. Luckily It did that while I was not servicing a client because that could’ve been a law suit if it tipped over & the boiling steamer burnt the client. None the less I contacted customer service & they were prompt with sending me the necessary parts. I felt like this steamer is a liability so I requested a refund instead & gladly shipped back the steamer. I would not recommend this product at all. Just invest in a proper class steamer.

When I first revived the machine it was easy to put together very easy to get started. The first time I used it the amount of steam was great I understand it slows down in time but since then I haven't been able to get it to put out much steam. Still works very good and gets the job done. It beeps very loud when it's too hot or if you don't use alkaline water! Also if you don't put fresh water in each time it won't work

I’m very happy with my purchase of this Professional 3 in 1 Facial Steamer! It’s affordable and very functional. The assembly was super easy—it only took about 5-10 minutes with the clear instructions provided. The steamer offers both hot and cold mist, which is fantastic. The hot mist opens pores and helps with deep cleansing, while the cold mist helps shrink pores and lock in moisture. The mist is very gentle and comes out at the perfect temperature, no risk of burning your skin with the hot mist! I highly recommend this for small beauty salons or home spas.

I bought this steamer and Mag lamp for my Spa/ salon suite. It was actually smaller than what I thought from the picture. The mag lamp is so small it’s not very good to do a good skin analysis and it’s actually detachable so it doesn’t come as one machine as I thought but you can screw the mag lamp onto a stand on the steamer or clip it on a desk. I just leave mines on the steamer. Overall you get what you pay for. It’s nicely packaged not a bad machine it works well the steamer blows out strong the customers love it. Nice starter machine but I will be investing in a more quality machine in the future.

PRO: Easy for a simple person like me to put together, but.. CON: The instructions weren't very clear. It missed steps. There's a metal circle that goes on the bottom of the machine but the instructions don't mention that at all. Also, there weren't instructions on how to attach the mag lamp..I had to look online. PRO: The steam works really fast, and it's hot! CON: It doesn't steam the whole face evenly because the arm is too short. You have to steam one side of the face and then the other side. PRO: The steam and light work very well but.. CON: The cords are really short. There's a cord for the mag lamp and another for the steamer..I prefer one long cord. PRO: Great price! CON: But it's better to spend money on one that has a longer arm, to reach both sides of the face, and has one long cord. SUGGESTION: It would be great if company's started making these in black. CON: The color of the mag lamp is off white/beige, the steamer is white.. so it looks "off". I will have to try another one. EDITED: it's 2023 and I'm still using this. I LOVE IT!
