Not sure if I'd know if it was working or not
I take this for Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. Sometimes I have pain in the area of my liver. I've been told that there is no pain with this condition but my liver says otherwise. Whenever I experience discomfort, I take Milk Thistle and ChatGPT assures me this is the best one for that. I've been taking it for a few weeks now and the pain has gone away. I take one with dinner ever night. I don't know that it's doing anything but if I'm healthier - even slightly - I'll take it. Will definitely buy again.
