Work well, I'm happy with them.
The media could not be loaded. Bit bigger than I thought they would be but I just shortened the chain on my basket.The work well no issues with them.

Not fit for purpose
Not robust as strap twisted on first use and could not be pulled down as advertised.Bought these as spares in 2019 and only just used one and would certainly not purchase again

Work well
They are easy peasy to use and easy to install. They hold weighty baskets which drop down and go back up with the smallest of tugs. Great product

Doesn’t stay at any length.
Total rubbish. The whole point for me was that it would stay at whatever point I chose. They only stayed at the full length of the tape & hence I am returning them.

A good product that does the job
They do the job just right but at first glance and feel I had reservations not sure that it would hold the weight of the baskets
