General Notes: I didn't know how much support to expect from this chair, seeing as it came in such few, simple pieces. However, after it was assembled, it actually gave really good back support. The chair raises up and down well, and you can adjust the back and headrest as well.Assembly notes: for someone who is terrible at assembling furniture, this took under 30 minutes and was very straightforward. I loved how all the nuts and bolts were thoughtfully separated and labeled. You also get an extra of each screw, which is perfect if you accidentally misplace one in the process of putting it together.Pros: Good back support, easy to assemble, nice headrest feature, rolls smoothCons: I wish the seat was a bit more cushy and the armrests a bit wider

I'm pretty picky when it comes to desk chairs I use. I spend about 8-10 hours everyday in one. This chair had me worried slightly when i took it out of the box. It appeared to thin, not enough cushion. I was dead wrong. After the quick and easy assembly, thanks to the labeled screws, washers and wrenches provided, I sat down a was pleasantly surprised. The lumbar support hit just right and the adjustable headrest was easily raised to the perfect position. Very simply with the use of the two levers, I was able to lock and release the reclining position as well as raise and lower the elevation of the seat. My only discomfort is in the armrest. There is no padding, and they seem a little low. If they were about an inch higher they would be perfect. Overall, this chair is fantastic. It's lite, easy to adjust, and fits well under my desk. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and inexpensive desk chair with a stylish look.

This chair is easy to assemble and although I've only had it a short time, the comfort and support seem fine (for the price).The HUGE issue is the head rest. I'm an average height male (5'10") and with the head rest fully extended it doesn't even reach my neck! This is an issue I couldn't even imagine encountering.This is going to be a hassle to disassemble and return, when they could just say that the chair is designed for a smaller frame. If you are 5'7" or shorter, this may be a fantastic buy, but everyone else is out.

This chair is very squeaky.... every time I move it makes noise.. don’t like that

Nice enough chair. Some of the headrest pieces were broken so I cannot use it.

I like this office chair for a couple of reasons. It comes with all the required screws and tools including an Instruction Manual & head rest as described. It also takes me within an expected amount of time to build it and the leather part is pretty soft and smooth. I just wish the writing inside the Instructions Manual had been written in bigger fonts, but it’s not a big deal for me after all. The chair also comes with some spare screws (as pictured). Last but not least, the chair is very ergonomic and easy to slide on hard wood floor and carpet. To prevent scratches on my hard wood floor, however, I put a plastic mat underneath the chair and it’s perfect now :)

Since I spend most of my time at my desk, I figured it was time to get a new chair that would be comfortable to use for extended periods of time, and I think this may be the one.The seat cushion is very comfortable and the back support allows you to sit for extended periods of time without getting uncomfortable.That being said, I did notice that the flat seat cushion made my bottom get really warm and sweaty. I am not sure if this is an issue only experienced by me, but this is the first chair I had this issue with. I am not sure if it is material or the flat design, but after an hour or so of doing work at my desk I realized my bottom getting really warm.Other than that, I really liked how low the arm rests were because it allowed the chair to slide under my desk really easily. With my previous chair I had to set it really low to allow the arm rests to slide under, with this chair I can use it at the perfect height and have no issues with the arm rests hitting my desk.Overall I would still recommend this chair to anyone that will be sitting at their desk for extended periods of time.

Back support is awkward, arm rest too low, head rest is useless, extremely uncomfortable. Product itself is well made, position of each part is not well designed
