Awesome!!
This gear is amazing. At first, it looks huge! But once you get it adjusted, it doesn't seem so big. It fits my 9 year old perfect. We so a lot of blocking drills and, according to him, the guards are very comfortable. He loves it!

Big upgrade over last All Star gear
Great upgrade, more comfortable and offering better protection and looks like greater durability over the entry level gear.

Definitely not 9-12 year olds size.
I ordered this catchers gear for my 11u baseball team . It's a new team and We needed new gear. The description says 9-12 for the size. Its huge. Shin guards and helmet are not as big as the chest protector. The chest protector is to big for my 13 year old. It's hard to buy online by description if the description isn't correct. As far as the seller? They were great and shipped ahead of time. The gear itself is top of the line equipment. Not exactly sure what to do.

Great Catchers Gear
Excellent catchers gear. A bit large when I bought it for my 9 year old but fits great now that he is 10. Chest protector is great and has additional plastic plate under the padding for protection. My son gets a lot of compliments on the Stars and Stripes model. I would recommend and purchase again.
