I gave it 3 stars because I thought it was a package of 2 and it was only 1. The picture is deceiving where it shows 2 pillows and it is said 1 pack not a package of 1 so I misunderstood otherwise I would have selected a another option. When it cones to pillow I prefer to pay no more than 10.00 dollars per pillow as I change them out bi-annually. The quality appears to be good but not sure on comfort since I purchased the product for the guest rooom.

I got this for my mom who has been having bad neck pain lately she said her pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. So went out on a limb and bought this first night was last night and she woke up late and feeling better. Its soft comfy and pliable. she did have to fold it over to make it taller wished it had been a little more filled . Over all will buy again so soft to the touch .

Picture shows 2 pillows, description even says pillow(S) and then waaaaayy down at the bottom, it says 1 piece. Needed 2 pillows and figured this was a decent price for TWO.... disappointed that they use shifty marketing tactics to deceive you into purchasing...

Pretty decent for the value, one mistake I made when purchasing was that I should’ve ordered the 2 pack. More bang for your buck. My brain was up my a** at the time of purchase. Shrugs. I would’ve saved 8 bucks. Other than that the pillow is legit, it came in a box inside of a box and the pillow was in a sealed vac bag. Good stuff.

Very misleading photo and description of “one pack” when you order. Was expecting 2 pillows. This company defines a “pack” of one pillow. When I skimmed through all the product description again before emailing that I was missing a pillow- I came across the wording that the purchase was a pack of one pillow. So annoying!

I am giving a low score as I thought the advertising for this was purposely deceiving. I ordered “1 pack” and the picture is of two pillows, but there is only pillow. Buyer beware.

They arent my favorite pillows but they are ok for the price. Had an issue with one order but it was corrected. Thank you.

I didn't get all of my order. It was to be 4 pillows and I only reserved one. Not happy
