I like 'em but the price tripled since I bought them so I buy them no more. They're tasty and low calorie but wait for the sale. Very chocolatey.

Great option for some extra protein and fiber, without sacrificing taste

My doctor said I needed more fiber in my diet so I went looking for some fiber bars and other items. I know Fiber One as a brand because I have had their lemon squares which are great but I ate so many, I can't bear the thought of eating more. At least not anytime soon. I found Fiber One Protein Chewy Bars, Caramel Nut. I love caramel and nuts so I gave them a try. These bars are quite tasty. They have a respectable amount of fiber in them - 5 grams - and they also have 7 grams of protein in them which is pretty rare in bar like this. They have whey protein too which is the best form. The calories are low at 140 and even the sugar is low. The bars aren't huge but they are satisfying and make a great snack in place of cookies, cake, or a candy bar. I have had no digestive upset when I ate these and I plan to order more. I will also be checking out other flavors. While these are not organic or all natural, nothing in them strikes me as terribly awful to ingest. I prefer less artificial ingredients so I took a star off but, for the price, these are a great way to add some fiber and protein to your diet in a tasty way,.

Good flavor and texture compared to others on the market.

I’m new to this low carb/high protein diet. So the taste of these things are just ok. It has an after taste. They are nutty. Kinda reminds me of a payday. If a person is used to not eating a lot of sugar, this is perfect. Just not for me.
